Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alaminify ("Service"), operated from Bangladesh. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Alaminify is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing inventory, POS, order management, courier integration, manufacturing, accounting, and storefront tools to merchants. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business.
2. Account & eligibility
- You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current information.
3. Plans, billing & taxes
- Free plan limits and paid plan pricing are shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from settings.
- All fees are in BDT unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes (VAT, etc.).
- Failed payments may result in suspension after a grace period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or restricted goods under Bangladeshi law
- Violate intellectual-property, privacy, or consumer-protection laws
- Send spam, fraudulent, or deceptive communications
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the Service or other tenants
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content & data
You retain ownership of all data you upload (products, customers, orders, media). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this data solely to operate the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Storefront & end-customer responsibility
You, the merchant, are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of products, prices, stock, and shipping information
- Order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales support
- Your own refund & return policy (see Refund Policy)
- Compliance with consumer-protection law toward your buyers
Alaminify is a tool — we do not sell your goods or take title to your inventory. Disputes between you and your customers are resolved between you and them.
7. Third-party integrations
The Service connects with third-party providers (payment gateways, couriers, email/SMS, social platforms). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors of third parties.
8. Intellectual property
The Alaminify name, logo, software, and design are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers IP ownership to you.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alaminify's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
12. Termination
- You may close your account at any time from settings.
- We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice where possible.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; data retention follows the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
